Bitterly disappointed. The duvet is advertised (including on the bedding bag) as 100% organic cotton with natural Australian sheep wool stuffing. Opened it up at home and label says filling is 100% polyester which completely defeats the purpose of the item even with an organic cotton cover. Polyester (aka polyurethane which is toxic and off gases isocyinates and lot of other nasty chemicals.) Not going to trust this company with any other product claims.

I purchased this organic cotton duvet (queen size) with two organic cotton pillows, from this supposed "company". I received the pillows after over a week (longer time than indicated on their site), after inquiring why I still had not received my order. The pillows displayed as “100% organic” were not (the interior is polyester). As for the organic cotton duvet: never received. I asked what happened. The response received was not clear. I then asked for a return label to return both pillows and told them to keep the organic cotton comforter as I wanted a full refund. After many discussions (the representatives did not want to refund me even though the site talks about free returns), I finally received the return label and sent the pillows back. When I saw that they had received everything, I waited for the refund... nothing. I called, emailed them...nothing. I ordered the two pillows and the comforter on October 2nd. Today is October 26 and I'm not done with them yet: I'm still waiting for the full refund. Stay away from this supposed “business”. My personal advice.
