How long will my package take to arrive?

In-stock items will be dispatched within two business days of receiving the order. The package will take 3-5 business days to arrive at your desired location. Please note during holidays or promotional periods; dispatch timeframes may be extended.

Can I change my address?

Unfortunately, Once an order is placed there is no way for us to change the address from our end. You may try contacting the postal service. They will be able to modify the address for you.

What if I'm not home for my delivery?

Suppose you've missed the delivery. The postal service will try a second attempt so you can get the package. However, the box could be found at your local post office or inside the public mailbox. If you've tried everything and did not get your package, contact us for the next step.

What's your return policy?

We offer complimentary returns and exchanges for all full-priced items within Canada & USA. To be eligible for return or exchange:- Goods must be unused, unwashed, and unmarked- Return must be initiated within 30 days of being received

How can I make a return?

If you'd like to make a return, contact us through email by answering the following questions.

  • Name used to make a purchase
  • Reason for your return
  • Order number

Reminder - After 30 days of your purchase, we cannot offer you - a refund or an exchange. 

When can I get a refund?

The refund will be processed in 3 - 4 business days once product is returned to our warehouse.

Payments & Privacy

My payment isn't going through

We understand that it can be a struggle when a payment doesn't go through. However, try the following and see if it will work
  • Check if all the details are correct and see if no information is missing 
  • Call your bank and see the card hasn't reach it's limits or blocking you from making an order. Some banks will prevent you from making an order on certain sites for security reasons
  • Call us if you still are having trouble for further insistence 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payments from major credit card providers, PayPal and ApplePay. Sales through this website are processed in either USD or CAD, dependent on your currency selection.

Product wasn't as described

Please contact us if you received a product that wasn't as described. We'll be happy to take the return if the product is in exact same condition when it was delivered.

I'd like to cancel my order

We can always cancel an order if the order was placed recently and hasn't been processed by our shipping team. If the order has been processed then you'll have to wait to receive the item and then return it back to us.
